I remember how I felt after I passed each of my HeartMath® Certification Courses. My first was the Trainer Course in 2008 and it included Teach Backs. As an introvert who avoided public speaking at the time, I was relieved that I didn't pass out. Then I got home and my excitement was overshadowed by self-doubt and lots of questions! Since then, I've taken every HeartMath® Certification Course available and am honored to serve as a Master Trainer and Coach. I get to Train the Trainers!
Over the years, Certified Professionals have contacted me to request private and small group mentoring sessions and it's been a joy to support their expansion and serve as a guide on their heart-centered journey.
