What occurs during a Reiki session?

Your Reiki session is a calming, restorative experience designed to support your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Whether you're new to energy healing or a seasoned seeker, Reiki meets you exactly where you are, offering gentle alignment and deep replenishment.

What to Expect in a Reiki session:

• We'll begin with a brief check-in to set your intention and identify any areas needing extra attention.

• You’ll be invited to relax fully clothed on a massage table or seated comfortably in a chair.

  • During an in-person session, I will either place my hands very lightly on, or typically just above your body, working intuitively with your energy field.

  • During a remote session, I will use Reiki symbols to connect me with your energy field. Reiki transcends physical space. Whether you choose to receive your session in person or from the comfort of your own home, the effects are equally profound.

• You may feel warmth, tingling, a sense of deep peace, or even drift into a meditative state as the energy flows.

• Every session is unique. Some clients experience emotional release, while others simply feel clearer, lighter, or more grounded afterward.

 

Aftercare:

• Drink water, rest, and notice subtle shifts in the hours or days following your session. Insights often continue to unfold as your energy field integrates the healing.
