Where essential-oil chemistry meets thoughtful, personalized care.

Where Chemistry Meets Care
Essential oils are complex botanical extracts. Using them well requires more than choosing a pleasant fragrance—it involves understanding chemistry, dilution, individual sensitivities, and safe application.
As an RN and Registered Aromatherapist, I combine formal education in essential-oil chemistry and safety with years of integrative wellness experience. My goal is not to promise a cure. It is to help you use aroma thoughtfully as part of a grounded practice for relaxation, emotional support, and everyday well-being.

My Aromatherapy Journey
My journey with essential oils began during massage school. As I incorporated them into massage and energy work, I saw how profoundly aroma could shape a person’s experience. And I also recognized the importance of understanding what was happening chemically and physiologically.
That curiosity led me back to school for graduate-level aromatherapy study through the American College of Healthcare Sciences, where I completed my Graduate Certificate in Aromatherapy with honors. That education changed how I formulate: every ingredient has a purpose, every dilution matters, and every blend should respect the individual using it.
