These Terms of Use govern your use of heartfulintegrations.com and the educational and wellness services offered by Heartful Integrations LLC (“Heartful Integrations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using this website, booking a service, or purchasing an offering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. Educational and Wellness Purposes
Heartful Integrations provides research-informed wellness education and services that may include HeartMath® practices, aromatherapy, coaching, intuitive or energy work, Reiki, and Bio-Well™ scans.
Website content and services are provided for educational, personal-development, and general wellness purposes. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
Using this website or participating in a service does not establish a physician-patient, nurse-patient, psychotherapist-client, or other medical treatment relationship. Barbara Hudak’s professional credentials do not change the educational and wellness nature of the services described on this website.

2. Individual Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether a service or practice is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils or participating in wellness practices if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, have allergies or sensitivities, or have other medical concerns.
You agree to provide accurate information relevant to your booking and to communicate any concerns or limitations before participating.
Individual experiences and results vary. Heartful Integrations does not guarantee a specific physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or personal outcome.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are booked and managed through Acuity Scheduling. You agree to provide accurate and current booking information.
Any scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, refund, or package terms displayed during booking or provided in your confirmation are part of your agreement with Heartful Integrations.
We may reschedule or decline a service when reasonably necessary, including when a requested service appears inappropriate, unsafe, outside our scope, or inconsistent with these Terms.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or Square. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable provider to process the transaction.
Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices. Heartful Integrations does not control a provider’s website, technology, security practices, or processing decisions.
5. Affiliate Links
Some website links, including certain links to HeartMath products or services, may be affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, Heartful Integrations may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate compensation does not change the price you pay. The presence of an affiliate link does not guarantee that a product or service will be appropriate for every person. Material affiliate relationships will be disclosed near the relevant recommendation or link.
6. Star Code Alchemy and Third-Party Websites
This website may link to Star Code Alchemy, a separate Shopify-hosted website, and to other third-party websites.
Purchases made through Star Code Alchemy are governed by the policies and terms presented on that website. Heartful Integrations is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every statement, product, or service appearing on the destination website.

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, graphics, downloads, educational materials, branding, and other content created for Heartful Integrations are owned by Heartful Integrations LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the content for your personal, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify, teach from, or create derivative works from Heartful Integrations materials without prior written permission, except where legally permitted.
Third-party names, logos, techniques, products, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Heartful Integrations is independently owned and operated. References to HeartMath credentials, practices, products, or affiliate links should not be interpreted as ownership of Heartful Integrations by HeartMath or authorization to speak on behalf of HeartMath.
