REIKI LEVEL I & II CERTIFICATION
In Sedona or Live Online
This comprehensive 12-hour class includes Reiki Levels I and II (First and Second Degree). There are no prerequisites - only an open mind and a receptive heart. Whether in Sedona or live online, the small, interactive format combines instruction, meditation, guided practice, and personal reflection. You’ll have plenty of time for questions, discussion, and hands-on practice as you build confidence using Reiki for yourself and others.
Led by Barbara Hudak, RN - a seventh-generation Usui Reiki practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher who has taught Reiki and related healing arts since 1998.

From My Heart to Yours
Teaching Reiki has never been only about passing along a technique. For me, it's about helping people reconnect with their own steadiness, intuition, and capacity for compassionate presence.
Reiki offers a practice you can return to - whether you're caring for yourself, supporting someone you love, or bringing a more grounded presence to the work that you already do.
Why Learn Reiki?
Once you're attuned, Reiki becomes a personal practice available wherever you are. No previous experience is required - only an open mind, a receptive heart, and a willingness to practice.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. It is a complementary wellness practice centered on relaxation, self-awareness, and intentional connection.
A Reiki Practice Can Offer:
-
A calming and intentional self-care ritual
-
Greater awareness of your own energy and boundaries
-
A practical way to pause, center, and reconnect
-
A supportive practice to share with loved ones
-
Deeper trust in your intuition
-
A foundation for offering Reiki safely and responsibly to others
