As a health care provider, we give so much of our selves to those entrusted to our care. Before we know it, we can end up feeling physically, mentally and emotionally drained. If you're like me, you may have already experienced compassion fatigue or burnout (maybe more than once). Ever ask yourself: why did I choose this profession? Please understand that there is no judgment, shame, blame or guilt around admitting this. The health care industry is NOT for the faint of heart! It takes courage, integrity, compassion (and strong stomach) to do what we do, day in and day out!
Now think about your iDevice - if you stress it all day and don't recharge it - what happens? DEAD! Have you ever had apps running in the background and find your battery drains quicker than usual? That's kind of how humans operate - we must recharge! If we don't make time to offset stress, energy depletion leads to long-term health consequences! Don't we see patients in clinic or in hospital with symptoms of dis-ease that are exacerbated by stress?
Our retreats care for and nurture YOU on all levels. Simply choose to show up with an open mind and open heart, and we'll help you tune into and reconnect with the BEST version of you. We honor your journey and offer practical self-care skill sets and techniques to help you unplug, renew and recharge. These new skills can then be used AT WORK in the middle of a busy shift! And you can easily share with colleagues, patients and loved ones.
Be warned - laughter often breaks out...it begins with a tiny smile or chuckle...then a belly laugh...followed by optional dancing in the aisles and even tears of joy as we recognize, and connect with, the playful child within who emerges from the inner shadows. And healing begins... READ MORE

Are you aware that energy balancing, massage and many essential oils powerfully affect physiology & overall vitality?
Are you tuned in to your body's energy level? Right now, check in...what's your inner battery charge? 100% 80%? 50%? Less?
Often, we pay more attention to our iBattery meter than our own body's energy level. Human beings must also recharge! Why?
Energy depletion leads to long-term health consequences that we often don't recognize ~ until we're exhausted, burnout or experience dis-ease. READ MORE
What do YOU really desire? Do you have all the tools to achieve your goals? What keeps you up at night? Years ago, I asked myself “did I miss the day in school when they taught important life skills?" I don't mean math or history, but rather, the subtle skills required to thrive in life & “In-JOY" the entire journey...with each & every heart beat.
To focus on what really matters & not be distracted by what others feel is important for us. To interrupt and release old habits, programs & beLIEfs that no longer serve us. To be resilient & fearless regardless of what's occurring around us. And that it's ok to aim & miss the target...without spiraling into insecurity, blame, shame or guilt. There is no failure, only feedback.
